Established in 1849, St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church stands as the oldest Black church in Northeast Louisiana—a living testament to faith, resilience, and the sustaining power of God. For generations, we have been a beacon of hope in this community, rooted deeply in history yet reaching boldly toward the future. We stand firmly on the foundation of God’s Word, believing wholeheartedly that “We Are Better Together!” United in faith, love, and purpose, we worship together, grow together, and serve together.
